    Content Marketing Manager

    About the Role

    • As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for content strategy and content marketing. You will lead the content team, which includes planning, producing and analyzing written content while iteratively advancing Indicina’s sales vision and mission.
    • You will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and digital plan to meet the business objectives in the most efficient manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies,videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
    • Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, webinars, press, awareness, podcasts, and a reputation of Indicina as a thought leader and smart credit resource.
    • Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts and content calendar
    • Work with product marketing and sales, develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle
    • Copy edit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high quality writing for all Indicina content
    • Optimize delivery strategy for each piece, by implementing best practices, and repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
    • Ensure that all communications adhere to brand and communications standards and are written in a consistent Indicina "voice"
    • Manage Indicina social media presence to grow followers and engagement, particularly among influencers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline
    • 2+ years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience
    • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
    • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads, and sales.
