Skills, Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field
• Must have completed the NYSC program.
• Resides in Abuja and is available to work in the office 3-4 times per week.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in content marketing and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Open to a paid internship opportunity with potential for growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess creative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer psychology
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic knowledge of content creation tools
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• No prior work experience required, but previous sales or marketing internships are a plus

RESPONSIILITIES

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms
• Help produce basic video content, carousels, and images for social media
• Support the content team with sales-focused research and content preparation
• Draft initial versions of marketing and sales copy for review
• Help maintain content calendars and scheduling
• Support the team in tracking sales content performance
• Participate in content brainstorming sessions
