Content Intern at The Avuna Business Academy

We're looking for a young, energetic e-Learning Content intern to join our team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for editing e-Learning content such as course text, audio recording text, electronic eLearning presentations, internet audio script files, video copies, online webpage classroom editing and quality assurance.

Finally, responsibilities may include working on drafting technical documents, scripts, and instructional content. You will also create engaging quality content that speaks to our audience and increases engagement with our brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the team in the preferred method writing for different eLearning delivery formats and develop or edit templates for documents.
• Prepare, Proofreading, restructuring and editing copies by content writers to improve readability and presentation.
• Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
• Assist with the storyboarding of text, photos, and illustrations for online presentations, taking into account space constraints and copy significance.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication with the media team.
• Generate new ideas around industry-related topics

Requirements

• Relevant B.Sc.. in English, Technical Writing, Marketing, Journalism or Communications; Or any relevant content or writing experience
• Experience working with computer software such as Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Command of the English language (written, spoken)
• Research and Creative writing skills
• Basic familiarity with SEO and keyword research
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to function in a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Attention to detail.
