We seek an experienced and creative senior content writer/editor to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content that aligns with our client's brand guidelines and business objectives while also managing a team of content writers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and leads across multiple channels, including website, emails, social media, and blogs
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for content development and optimization
• Edit and proofread content produced by other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging
• Manage a team of content writers, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Analyze web traffic metrics and user behaviour to optimize content performance and suggest solutions for enhancing web presence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing and editing preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and high-quality content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience in managing a team of content writers and editors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
