Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Compovine Technologies

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Learning Development:

• Create engaging training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments and other learning content.
• Build and edit e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite or Adobe Captivate.
• Produce training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Manage and upload content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo or SAP Litmos.
• Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn business knowledge into simple, engaging content.
• Track course participation/completion and share basic learning reports.

Talent Acquisition &  Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate communication.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other talent channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
