    Content Creator & Social Media Manager

    Job Summary

    • Sylvastar Group is seeking a creative and highly motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage the company’s online presence and develop engaging digital content.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content across social media platforms while driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation for the company’s services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for the company’s social media platforms.
    • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
    • Write compelling captions, scripts, and promotional content for digital campaigns.
    • Cover company activities, events, property inspections, and promotional campaigns through creative content.
    • Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote company products and services effectively.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related field.
    • 1–3 years experience in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
    • Strong skills in content creation, video editing, photography, and graphic design.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools.
    • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and digital marketing trends.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
