Job Summary

• The Content Creator / Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hotel's digital marketing, social media, content creation, online reputation management, and brand communication strategies.
• The role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, direct bookings, and revenue growth through compelling digital content and integrated online marketing campaigns.
• The position manages the hotel's online presence across websites, social media platforms, search engines, email marketing, digital advertising, and online travel platforms.
• The role creates highquality visual and written content that showcases the hotel's luxury accommodation, restaurants, bars, events, conference facilities, spa, gym, and guest experiences while ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Working closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager, General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, Front Office Manager, and other operational departments, the role supports business development initiatives, customer engagement, and the hotel's reputation as a superior luxury hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the hotel's marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for all digital platforms.
• Develop content calendars covering daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce storytelling content that highlights the hotel's facilities, services, promotions, guest experiences, and events.
• Ensure all content reflects the hotel's luxury standards and brand guidelines.
• Continuously generate innovative content ideas to increase audience engagement.

Social Media Management:

• Manage the hotel's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor daily social media content.
• Grow followers, engagement, and online communities organically.
• Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, reviews, and enquiries.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new opportunities for audience engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and direct bookings.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Photography, Videography & Creative Production

• Plan and coordinate professional photo and video shoots throughout the hotel.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of guest rooms, restaurants, bars, events, facilities, food, beverages, and guest experiences.
• Edit photographs and videos for marketing campaigns.
• Produce promotional videos, reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Coordinate drone photography where applicable and approved.
• Maintain an organized digital content library.

Brand Management:

• Ensure all digital communications comply with the hotel's brand standards.
• Protect and strengthen the hotel's online brand image.
• Maintain consistency in logos, colours, typography, messaging, and visual identity.
• Support brand positioning initiatives.
• Promote the hotel's unique value proposition through creative storytelling.

Website & Online Presence Management:

• Manage website content and ensure information remains current and accurate.
• Update room descriptions, menus, promotions, events, and packages.
• Optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor website functionality and user experience.
• Coordinate with website developers where necessary.
• Improve online booking conversion through optimized content.

Online Reputation Management:

• Monitor online reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, and other review platforms.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest reviews.
• Escalate service issues requiring management intervention.
• Monitor guest sentiment and recommend service improvements.
• Protect the hotel's online reputation.

Email Marketing & CRM:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Create newsletters promoting hotel offers, events, and packages.
• Segment customer databases for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor email performance metrics.
• Support customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
• Develop guest retention campaigns.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

• Support the Marketing & Sales Manager in developing promotional campaigns.
• Create marketing materials for festive promotions, weddings, conferences, and seasonal offers.
• Promote food festivals, entertainment events, spa promotions, and corporate packages.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns.
• Support loyalty programme marketing.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance, engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital marketing reports.
• Measure campaign ROI and recommend improvements.
• Present performance reports to Management.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: 

• Work closely with Sales, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Events, and Guest Relations to develop marketing content.
• Support conferences, banquets, weddings, and promotional events through digital coverage.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies where required.
• Assist with corporate presentations and promotional materials.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Assist in preparing digital marketing budgets.
• Monitor expenditure on digital advertising and content production.
• Maximize return on digital marketing investments.
• Manage digital subscriptions, creative tools, and content production resources efficiently.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure compliance with copyright laws, advertising regulations, and data privacy requirements.
• Maintain ethical and responsible digital marketing practices.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, algorithms, and technologies.
• Participate in professional development and marketing training.
• Recommend innovative marketing tools and technologies that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Experience: 

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or brand communications.
• Experience within a luxury hotel, hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or premium service industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience creating high-performing digital campaigns and engaging multimedia content.
