Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our creative team.
• The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of how to create content that grabs attention and increases engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content which includes graphics, images, and videos, for our various social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter,
• Collaborate with the team to produce visually appealing graphics, and any other multimedia content as at when needed for internal and external purposes.
• Publish content, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that optimizes engagement and reach.
• Foster a sense of community with followers by initiating and participating in conversations, polls, and other user-generated content topics.
• Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive insights into content effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement trends.
• Maintaining consistency with the brand's voice, style, and messaging across all social media platforms .

Required Skills and Qualification

• Relevant work experience.
• Proficient with content creation and copy-writing on all social media platforms.
• Engaging, entertaining, funny and authentic.
• Proven experience in content creation, digital advertising, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content creation skills, including UGC-style visuals, copy-writing, and contents capable of driving conversions.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) Cap Cut, Canvas etc.
• Ability to create narratives that get people to take action in a short video.
• Trained in direct response marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for maximizing engagement and conversion.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations for content optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
