Content Creator at DKT International

Job Purpose

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, creative, and impactful content that strengthens DKT International Nigeria’s digital presence, enhances brand awareness, and supports communication and marketing objectives across social media platforms. The role involves content planning, creation, storytelling, community engagement, and performance monitoring to effectively connect with target audiences and promote DKT’s reproductive health initiatives and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media content strategies aligned with DKT Nigeria’s brand objectives and communication goals. 
• Create engaging content including videos, graphics, captions, reels, stories, and other digital assets for social media platforms. 
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of relevant and impactful content. 
• Produce and edit short-form videos, social media graphics, and visual content using relevant creative tools. 
• Capture and showcase brand activities, campaigns, events, and field initiatives through compelling storytelling. 
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to improve audience engagement. 
• Manage day-to-day social media interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and community engagement activities. 
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and program teams to develop content that supports campaigns, product awareness, and organizational objectives. 
• Track content performance using social media analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement. 
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platforms, and best practices. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role. 
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. 
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, video production, and editing. 
• Experience using design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms. 
• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling digital content. 
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies.
