Job Purpose

• The Content Creator / Copywriter will be responsible for developing compelling and consistent content across all marketing channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality written content for digital and offline channels, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Write persuasive ad copy for digital campaigns and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment.
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all platforms.
• Support content planning and editorial calendars.
• Conduct basic research to support content development and thought leadership.

• Content quality and consistency
• Engagement metrics (reads, clicks, conversions)
• Timely delivery of content
• Alignment with campaign objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in content writing or copywriting.
