Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content (videos, reels, blog posts, photos, social media posts) to market properties and the brand.
• Plan and execute content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Visit properties to capture professional photos and videos that highlight key features and amenities.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals and develop relevant content strategies.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos and graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar.
• Write engaging captions, blog articles, and property descriptions that are SEO-optimized.
• Stay on top of trends in real estate, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role—preferably in real estate or lifestyle industries.
