Content Creator (Brand and Founder Focus) at Brint School

Summary

• We are looking for a highly creative, skilled Content Creator to work closely with a growing brand and its Founder
• This role is for someone who understands storytelling, aesthetics, and execution, not just trends.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating content for the brand and the Founder
• Shooting high-quality videos (reels, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, talking-head, etc.)
• Editing videos professionally for Instagram and other digital platforms
• Contributing creative ideas, concepts, and content direction
• Working closely with the Founder to bring ideas to life visually.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator
• Must be able to shoot AND edit (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Familiar with Instagram content formats and trends (without being gimmicky).

Location:

• Must be based around VGC, Aja, or nearby environs
• This is an on-ground role (regular physical shoots required).
