Job Description

• We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Content Creator who will also function as a Business Development Executive.
• This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity while also possessing a strong entrepreneurial drive.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Media:

• Design engaging graphics, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Edit short and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and campaigns.
• Generate high-quality content using AI tools (text, visuals, and multimedia).
• Manage and grow company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to boost online presence.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential customers.
• Support marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and innovative ideas to improve company growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or Business Development Executive.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.).
• Social media management experience with measurable growth results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
