    Content Creator Content Creator & Executive Assistant to the MD

    We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and proactive Content Creator & Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director while driving the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our interior design projects and brand identity while also providing administrative and operational support to the MD. This role requires someone who is passionate about interior design, social media trends, content storytelling, and executive support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation & Social Media:

    • Create high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, project progress, client testimonials, and completed interior design projects.
    • Edit videos, reels, and promotional content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
    • Develop engaging captions and content that align with the company's brand voice.
    • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

    Executive Support:

    • Manage the MD's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and business engagements.
    • Attend meetings with the MD when required and take accurate minutes.
    • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
    • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
    • Assist with project coordination and task tracking.
    • Ensure smooth communication between the MD and various departments.
    • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content editing tools.
    • Strong photography and videography skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for interior design is an added advantage.
