Role Overview

• The Consumer Growth Officer is responsible for driving Moneta user growth for each partner bank, leveraging B2B2C strategies to expand adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with partner banks to design and execute consumer acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor and report on user growth performance per bank.
• Implement targeted sales tactics to engage end-users through bank partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure user growth strategies are aligned.
• Achieve and exceed growth targets across all assigned banks.

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B2C sales with measurable results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or consumer-focused technology preferred.
• BSc. In Business administration or Marketing
