Construction Site Engineer (COREN) at Elevation Craft

Overview

• Our client is a leading modern property development company based in Abuja, Nigeria.
• We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will join their team to oversee the delivery of construction projects, ranging from large estates and mini estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, such as terraces, duplexes and blocks of flats.
• Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Manage construction materials, equipment, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related field and a License with COREN.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Quality, Health and safety standards
