Job Description

• Sapir Projects Limited is seeking a highly skilled and creative Construction Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and overseeing project execution from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify discrepancies, and provide solutions.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, blueprints, material selections, and technical specifications.
• Work with regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals, ensuring proper documentation and filing of architectural records.
• Research and recommend innovative design trends, sustainable materials, and cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in preparing project cost estimates, tender documents, and compliance reports.
• Provide technical guidance on design implementation, construction details, and quality control.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design.
• Professional certification or membership in a recognized architectural body is an advantage.
