Job Summary

• We are seeking qualified and experienced Pharmacists on behalf of our client, a leading multinational provider of digital healthcare infrastructure, to provide clinical leadership across two pharmacy locations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing medication dispensing, supervising pharmacy sales staff, conducting basic health screenings, and ensuring full compliance with applicable Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and provide appropriate dosage guidance.
• Review prescriptions and ensure safe dispensing of medications.
• Supervise Sales Clerks and ensure proper customer service and drug handling.
• Conduct BP, BMI, and blood glucose screenings.
• Monitor drug storage, expiry dates, and stock conditions.
• Ensure compliance with PCN regulations.
• Provide excellent medication counselling and customer support.
• Prepare weekly clinical activity reports.

Requirements

• B.Pharm from an accredited institution.
• Valid Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in community or retail pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and drug interactions.
• Good digital/POS and inventory management skills.
• Fluent in communicating in English and Yoruba.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Salary
N200,000 to N300,000 / Month - Open for negotiation.
