Responsibilities

• Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications
• Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
• Monitor overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns
• Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar
• Provide community feedback to the management
• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
• Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from online communities using KPIs
• Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products
• Work with pr agencies to ensure brand representations
• Participate in social events, corporate events and workshop
• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with market strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest trend and update

Requirements

Qualifications

• B.Sc in marketing or another related field of study
• Experience launching community initiatives
• One year proven experience as a community manager or in any other relevant field
• Must have completed NYSC
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Natural leader with solid decision-making and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
