• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications Lead to craft, drive, and oversee the brand’s internal and external communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury lifestyle and hospitality, and a strong grasp of premium brand storytelling.
• The successful candidate will be the voice of the brand, managing its narrative across all digital and traditional channels, enhancing brand visibility, ensuring brand consistency, and leading public relations efforts to position the resort as a premier luxury destination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, PR, or brand strategy, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Proven track record in media relations and managing crisis communications.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms and analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
