    Communication Executive

    Position Overview

    • The Communication Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing the communication strategies and initiatives of the institution.
    • This role involves managing internal and external communications, including marketing, public relations, social media, and event coordination, to enhance the school’s brand visibility and engagement with students, faculty, alumni, and potential stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage of the school.
    • Marketing & Digital Communication: Lead content creation for the school’s website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
    • Internal Communication: Maintain clear communication channels between faculty, staff, and students.
    • Event Coordination & Promotion: Coordinate events, seminars, and conferences, ensuring seamless communication and promotion.
    • Content Creation & Copywriting: Create compelling written content, including articles, blogs, speeches, and promotional materials.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, alumni, industry partners, and donors.
    • Crisis Management & Reputation Management: Act as a point of contact for communication during crises or emergency situations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in communication, public relations, or marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in managing communications within a higher education institution or business school.
    • Knowledge of branding and reputation management strategies.
    • Familiarity with video production, graphic design, or other multimedia content creation tools.
