Job Type: Remote + Contract

We are looking for a Commercial litigation / Corporate Practice lawyer to join our start-up company and get this one-time opportunity to become part of the start-up founding stake-holders of Blazonshots.

Job Description:

• Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently;
• Research and prepare legal opinions on diverse areas of commercial law practice;
• Research and draft various types of legal documents, such as court processes, contracts/agreements/proposal reviews;
• Represent company in litigation and dispute resolution matters;
• Handle company secretarial and administrative duties
• Provide practical and result-oriented solutions to company problems within the ambit of extant laws;
• Liaise with government agencies in the execution of company instructions;
• Attend business meetings and other perform other duties as may be required to successfully execute instructions.

Requirements:

• Between two (2) to six (6)years post-call experience in commercial litigation and corporate law practice in a reputable law firm or company/corporate organisation.
• Excellent understanding of commercial transactions and general business savvy skills is an added advantage.
• Outstanding speaking, advocacy and drafting skills
• Must be able to work and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be result-driven
• Must be willing to travel.
