Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Contract Manager to join a major Oil & Gas project team. This role is responsible for contract strategy, compliance, risk management, and commercial oversight, ensuring smooth execution from negotiation to closure.
• The Commercial Manager is an integral member of the Project Management Term (PMT) with responsibility for contract management best practices, compliance, contracting strategy, and risk management/coordination with a strong background in commercial contract management and acumen.
• The Commercial and Contract Manager is saddle with the task of tracking the progress of contracts, measure compliance with contractual obligations, and make sure that deal closures, terminations and renewals are attended as schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management from negotiation through execution, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
• Manage vessel contracts, review prime and subcontract agreements, and align flow-down terms.
• Oversee change management provisions, schedule obligations, and progress measurement.
• Support continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices in contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or Law.
• 15+ years in project contract management within large-scale EPC or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong technical and commercial background with exposure to finance, legal, and risk management.
• Expertise in EPC contracting, joint ventures, lump sum & reimbursable projects.
• Proven skills in risk analysis, change management, and contract negotiation.
