Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Delivery: Creating lesson plans, developing curriculum, and delivering engaging biology lessons that align with educational standards.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Assessing student understanding through various methods, providing feedback, and grading assignments, tests, and projects.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a love for science.
• Student Support: Providing individualized support and tutoring to students who need extra help, and addressing any learning challenges.
• Professional Development: Staying current with the latest advancements in biology, attending professional development opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues.
• Extracurricular Activities: Supervising or leading extracurricular activities related to biology, such as science clubs or fairs.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with parents, counselors, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant years of work experience.
