Connect with our customers through phone calls, emails, and personal interactions to understand their readiness and capability to make payments.
Keep track of your daily activities, including the number of calls made, successful contacts, payment promises made, and those kept, all using the Bank’s designated Collections system.
Work together with customers to create effective payment plans and settlements that help keep their accounts on track.
Address customer objections and complaints with professionalism, coordinating with relevant departments as needed to find resolutions.
Look into and resolve any discrepancies in customers' payment schedules and repayment methods.
Requirements
Preferred: 12 months and above experience in consumer loans operation, if possible in a call center or in a similar collection center function.
Customer service and communication skills
Finance knowledge and experience with payment processing systems
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
