Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role, located in Nigeria, for a Head of Business Development.
- The responsibilities include overseeing and driving business development strategies, identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue goals.
- The role involves designing and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to enhance business performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Business Planning, and Account Management
- leadership experience in an MFB
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and driving strategic decisions
- Experience in Sales and client relationship management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is highly desirable
