Role Description

• The responsibilities include overseeing and driving business development strategies, identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue goals.
• The role involves designing and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Business Planning, and Account Management
• leadership experience in an MFB
• Strong Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and driving strategic decisions
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business goals and objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is highly desirable
