Collections Officer (PAL Loans)

- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
Job Description:
- We are recruiting Collections Officers to follow up with customers on overdue loan repayments, update records, and ensure timely recovery in line with company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with customers on outstanding loans
- Update repayment information accurately
- Maintain professional communication
- Work towards daily/weekly recovery targets
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet targets
- Previous experience in collections or telemarketing is an advantage
