Collection Trainer

Requirements
Interested candidate must:
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Have experience in training onboarding staff preferably in a loan collection company.
- Have good speech, be able to impact knowledge and make training exciting.
- Be computer literate and must be able to prepare slide and deliver the content of the slides perfectly, of course using PowerPoint.
- Have collection experience.
- Be willing to train every week when the need arises.
- Be tech savvy.
