    Collection Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Contact customers to recover outstanding loan repayments.
    • Maintain professional communication while ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Achieve individual and team collection targets.
    • Provide accurate daily reports on recovery activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/NCE qualification.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Previous experience in loan recovery, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
