Coiled Tubing Supervisor at Baker Hughes

The Coiled Tubing Supervisor manages the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. You will primarily be responsible for the execution of coiled tubing operations at the wellsite to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client’s and Company’s satisfaction.

As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with various clients on location as the main focal point responsible for the coiled tubing.
• Adhering and ensuring assigned coiled tubing packages are maintained with flawless housekeeping including, but not limited to, overall condition, inventory, repair orders.
• Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to the team to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed.
• Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Ensuring flawless execution and delivery by assigning resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity
• Leading the entire crew on location for coiled tubing operation to achieve safe and flawless execution.
• Collaborating with sales teams as well as interaction with customers for assigned area to understand activity forecast.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in oilfield coiled tubing operation and services
• Have a solid experience and understanding of oilfield pressure pumping operations and services
• Have experience of supervising and motivating the team
• Show extensive experience as Field Services Supervisor in Oil & Gas related to Coiled Tubing.
