Our client is a housing co-operative company that is into real estate activities they require the service of a CO-OPERATIVE OFFICER .
Job Description:

• To coordinate all functions of the cooperative
• Business development
• Facility management
• To represent the interest of the housing cooperative in business and service delivery
• To establish new businesses that would grow the organization
• To facilitate sales of housing projects affiliated with the cooperative
• To supervise and train subordinates to effectively work as a team to get tasks done for the sole purpose of achieving a general goal(s)
• To render all required reports to the MD/CEO
• To render advisory services related to businesses
• Other activities as may be required

Qualifications

• B.Sc, HND, M.sc
• 5– 8 years work experience in a relevant sector such as cooperative, estate project development, housing development

Salary is NGN 119,000 ( exclusive for bonus and commission)

Location – Lagos Island
