Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient management of all aspects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall club experience.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with club members, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop innovative promotional strategies and attract new club members.
• Monitor and control club expenses, budgeting effectively to maximize profitability and maintain financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and guests.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND with 3-5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Club Manager or similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with staff and club members.
• Sound business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
