Job Summary

• The Clinical Pharmaceutical Striker is a high-impact field role responsible for deploying rapidly and effectively into key operational zones—clinical sites, pharmacies, hospitals, community hubs, or crisis locations—to drive pharmaceutical engagement, patient care delivery, product access, and clinical activation. This role blends clinical pharmaceutical expertise with agile deployment, acting as the tactical spearhead for implementation of pharmaceutical strategies, patient education, drug utilization programs, and critical response protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Field Deployment: Respond swiftly to operational mandates, including new product launches, supply chain disruptions, public health emergencies, or site onboarding.
• Clinical Engagement: Deliver pharmaceutical consultations, patient counseling, and treatment optimization in collaboration with medical teams.
• Product Activation: Drive utilization of pharmaceuticals and therapeutics at the point of care—ensuring product awareness, correct administration, and adherence protocols.
• Education & Training: Train healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and community health workers on drug use, adverse event monitoring, and new treatment protocols.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate site readiness, inventory management, sampling programs, and post-market surveillance activities.
• Pharmacovigilance Support: Report adverse drug reactions and contribute to safety monitoring and compliance procedures on the ground.
• Data & Insights Collection: Gather real-time data from the field to support continuous improvement of access, usage, and outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Interface with medical affairs, commercial, regulatory, and supply chain teams to close the feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Registered Pharmacist License in jurisdiction of deployment.
• 2+ years in clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical field force, or medical outreach preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology, treatment protocols, and patient adherence strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure and in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours when necessary.
