Summary

• We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Client Service Officers to join our Festac showroom team.
• Successful candidates will assist customers, promote construction materials, and contribute to business growth through excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers
• Recommend suitable construction materials based on customer needs
• Meet assigned targets and support showroom operations
• Maintain proper arrangement of products within the showroom
• Provide accurate information about products and pricing
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries
• Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions
• Support daily showroom activities and stock monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Knowledge of construction or building materials is an added advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Professional attitude and customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must reside in Festac or nearby areas.
