Job Description: Rovedana Limited is recruiting for one of the biggest FMCG companies in Nigeria with branches around the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect client feedback about their experiences

• Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.

• Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.

• Meet with clients to establish their needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must be very fluent at attending to customers

• Must have very proactive

• Must be a well-detailed listener

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND/HND/BSC qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
