Key Responsibilities:
Collect client feedback about their experiences
Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.
Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.
Meet with clients to establish their needs.
Job Requirements:
Must be very fluent at attending to customers
Must have very proactive
Must be a well-detailed listener
Candidates should possess a minimum of OND/HND/BSC qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
