    Client Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional financial advisory services. This role requires a client-focused professional who can identify investment opportunities, manage portfolios, and ensure long-term client satisfaction in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

    Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and concerns.
    • Provide personalized financial advice based on clients’ goals and risk profiles.

    Business Development

    • Identify and onboard new clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
    • Promote the company’s investment products and financial services.
    • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

    Portfolio & Investment Advisory

    • Understand client portfolios and recommend suitable investment strategies.
    • Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal investment teams to deliver optimal solutions.

    Client Retention & Experience

    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance updates.

    Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
    • Prepare reports on client activities, revenue performance, and pipeline growth.

    Key RequirementsEducation & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3–5+ years experience in relationship management, banking, or investment advisory.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIS, or relevant financial certifications) are an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
    • Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.

    • Client acquisition rate
    • Revenue generation / portfolio growth
    • Client retention rate
    • Customer satisfaction scores
