Job Summary

• We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client partnerships and ensure excellent service delivery.
• You will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FAVE CONSULTING services.
• Provide periodic performance reports and updates to clients.

What We Expect from You

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
