    Responsibilities

    • Bookings and Reservations

    • Advert Placements
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Develops and implements sales strategies
    • Solving complaints and issues promptly
    • Address customer concerns
    • Analysing customer data
    • Collect client feedback about their experience
    • Communicating with other departments
