Client Relations Executive at Bonzee Consulting

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and feedback sessions with clients to track satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and performance metrics to clients.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experience and retention strategies.
• Monitor client accounts, contracts, and service usage to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of work experience.
