Client Officer at Lendha

Job Description

• The Client Officer is responsible for processing the credit, monitoring the portfolio, and developing Lendha's clientele.
• The duties will include meeting with clients to set up the credit application process, gathering required financial documentation, and approving or denying credit requests based on your financial calculations
• The client Officer will spend more than 70% of the time on the field by performing visits to clients in commercial areas

Additional Knowledge / Skills Required:

• Practical knowledge of micro/small/medium businesses  
• Knowledge of the microfinance bank sector is an advantage
• Good writing skills  
• Knowledge of the major local languages.
