Client Manager – Insurance (Mandarin/Chinese Portfolio) at Yesbee Insurance Brokers

Role Summary

The Client Manager will be a critical member of the Client Service team, responsible for managing and developing key relationships within the Chinese business community operating in Nigeria. The role is aimed at delivering comprehensive insurance solutions, ensuring outstanding client servicing, and supporting the firm’s strategy to grow its portfolio of Chinese corporate clients across general, life, health, and specialized insurance lines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in Insurance (e.g., CIIN, ACII) preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese and English is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance broking or client management, preferably with exposure to Chinese businesses.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of both Nigerian and international insurance markets.
