Job Description

• Are you great with people, organized, and able to think on your feet? We’re looking for a highly proactive client manager to join our fast-growing digital agency.
• You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams - managing communication, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Collect project briefs and clarify goals with clients.
• Create client update reports and share them weekly.
• Track client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement revisions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with customer service or client-facing roles.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs, Google Workspace, or Trello/Asana.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts at once.
• Must be organized, responsive, and eager to grow.
• Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba and Ojodu
• Willingness to learn and grow quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must own a working laptop. (very important)
• Must be able to commute to work location (Hybrid style).

Salary
N100,000/ month.
