Client Access Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities
- Provision of sales implementation support to product sales team and relationship manager
- Effective follow-up on clients to ensure good customer experience, post implementation.
- Seamless migration of customers from legacy channels to new Electronic banking platform.
- Effective utilization, penetration and tracking of all dormant transaction banking channels.
- Effective management of transaction banking solutions deployed
- 100% growth in transaction value and volume
- Timely preparation and submission of report in respect of clients’ utilization of Electronic Banking channels & implementation status of same.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any related field with 1-3 years work experience
- Proven work experience as a client access manager, or any similar role.
- Knowledge of electronic banking channels
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word/ PowerPoint/Access specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
