Job Description
- Client File Opening and Tracking
- Tracking Client KYC documents and ensuring its up to date
- Accounting for Intra and Inter department movement of Client's file
- Relating with Clients and Realtors when needed.
- Sorting, Filing,and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.
Requirements
- OND in Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years experience in related field
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Organizational and analyticalskills
- Must be resident along Victoria Island Axis.
- Smartness, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Ms-Office
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and maths skills.
