Cleaner and Office Support at BlackHouse Media (BHM)

Responsibilities
Office Keeping and Hygiene Services:

• Ensure that all offices, entrances, and rooms are kept clean daily
• Cleaning, Stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Dusting of furniture and blinds as well as cleaning of windows and doors
• Emptying rubbish bins daily
• Periodic cleaning of the refrigerator, microwave oven, dispensers, etc.
• Use of colour-coded mops and clothes for cleaning different areas to prevent cross-infection
• Ordering of materials and equipment as the need arises

General Office Duties:

• Ordering groceries for the office
• Stock Control and monitoring for all materials used
• Emptying the shredder as and when due
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Running office errands.
