Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops exciting and relevant learning experiences for children in Year 1 using the provided curriculum.
• Assists struggling students to improve their literacy skills.
• Leads school-wide efforts and collaborations to improve students' achievement.
• Approves primary school teachers’ lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Engages in classroom observation to review classroom practice and suggest improvement strategies.
• Maintains open communication between parents and work colleagues in building and maintaining a supportive and encouraging team environment.
• Keeps accurate and updated ongoing records of each child's progress and prepares reports.

Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualification / Experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution with at least 5 years post NYSC experience in teaching.

Remuneration
N70,000 monthly.
