Claims Support Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification OND
- Experience 2 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Job Description
- Receiving and reviewing claims
- Ensuring timely resolution of claims
- Liaise with partnering service centers
- Provide customer services to claimants
- Providing detailed and timely reports on claims raised and treated
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years working in the Banking or Lending institution
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
- Organization and time management skill
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to manage priorities.
- A minimum of OND in Business, Marketing or Management.
- Must reside in Lagos (Mainland, Ikeja, Ojota or Yaba axis preferably)
- Tech savvy
