Civil Works Officer

Role Purpose Statement:
- The Project Officer Maintains current and future projects. Support in planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle.
Main Accountabilities
- Overseeing projects, mitigate issues and challenges
- Schedule tasks and Manage resources
- Update and maintain Project records and documentations
- Report project's progress, budget and resources
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate departments
- Maintains company’s infrastructures
- Ensure project sites meets legal guidelines, health and safety requirement
Other duties

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- BEng/HND civil engineering or its equivalent
- At least one year relevant experience
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
