Civil/Structural Engineer at Rovedana

Salary Budget: 250,000 Naira Monthly Net (Open For Negotiations)

Job Description:

We need an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer for our partner; a Mechanical and Civil engineering construction company who major in mechanical installations across board and majorly within the FMCG sector. 

Our Ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, designs and drawings and also be responsible for obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval from appropriate authorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Selecting appropriate construction materials and implementing professional building techniques 
• Set design protocols according to relevant codes and standards
• Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress
• Responsible for providing detailed drawings and assembly drawings 3D modeling

Key Requirements: 

• A degree in civil or structural engineering
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a professional Civil/Structural Engineer especially on FMCG projects
• Registration with a professional society relevant to country of employment, like the Institution of Structural Engineers
• Proficiency in the use of some of the following software packages; SAP2000, STAARD, Tekla structure AutoCAD Civil 3D, ETABS, AUTOCARD, Midas and Microstation
