Must be Certified/Registered with relevant bodies e.g. COREN NSE.
Must have both Site & Design experience for at least 5 years.
Must be able to design structures with good details and adhere to standards.
Must be able to Organize/coordinate all sub-contractors (activities).
Must be knowledgeable in building regulatory bodies/approval agencies terms and conditions like Federal Capital Development Authority.
Ability to make site observations, recommendations, constructive criticism, give relevant site instructions and proper communication between Contractors & Consultants or Administration.
Must possess technical/diplomatic approach & confidence. Flexibility & ability to stick to work timeframe.
Other Additional Requirements
Ability to design Services Drawings (Mechanical/Electrical) Ability to prepare Tender Documents and Biddings is also an added advantage
